Bobbi provides leadership development guidance and solutions through coaching, training and facilitation. Her primary concentration is on interpersonal communication, high level team performance, stress management, and integration and balance to enrich collaboration, innovation, retention and overall performance. Over the past few years she has had an increased focus on women in leadership and transition. Helping women shore up their skills and revitalize their energies toward fulfillment and success.
Bobbi uses her humor to address the serious issues facing individuals and organizations allowing them to move into the future with a greater sense of openness and innovation. Bobbi uses a variety of instruments including, DISC, EQi, Leadership Spectrum among others. She is a founding member of International Coach Federation (ICF), founder and leader of Coastal Carolinas ICF chapter, former Regional Leader for ICF, chaired the 2003 SE Regional Coaching Conference, board member for the Organizational Development special interest group of the Suncoast ASTD, and has been a featured speaker for national conferences and guest on radio and television. |
Bobbi Gemma is a Master Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation with nearly 25 years experience in coaching and training for personal and professional development in a variety of fields including pharmaceutical, health care, financial, technology, communications and education.
