Certified as a Professional Facilitator through the International Association of Facilitators, she conducts strategic planning meetings, facilitates peer advisory groups, guides team work sessions, and leads executive retreats. An experienced instructional designer, she develops programs for corporate and consulting clients. Her seminar, Instructional Design for Trainers, was adopted by The American Management Association. Ms. Brehm works with small businesses, corporations, and non-profit organizations. A partial client list includes: Bellsouth, Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Tampa, BioStat International, Electric Supply Incorporated, Florida Blood Services Foundation, Florida Society of Clinical Oncologists, Holt Learning, Information Mapping, Inc., JPMorgan Chase, MetLife, Northwest Mutual Financial Network, St. Petersburg Housing Authority, Suncoast Alzheimer’s and Gerontology Center, WBENC, and Xerox Learning Systems. Prior to opening her consulting practice, Rosemary was Manager of Training at retailer Lechmere, Inc. She also served as Director of School Libraries for the Thornwood, NY School District. On the Board of the Center for Catholic Jewish Studies at St. Leo University, she sits on the Executive Committee assisting with board development. She also facilitates the Tampa Bay Chapter of the Women Presidents’ Organization; is a contributing writer for Bay Area Business Magazine (BABM); and is a member of the International Association of Facilitators; the Senior HRD Forum; ASTD; and the Organizational Development SIG. Ms. Brehm is a certified Information Mapping Instructor. She holds a Certificate in Training and Development from New York University and a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the State University of New York at Geneseo. |
