 Dr. Margaret O’Donnell is a Business Psychologist with 20 years experience working nationally and internationally in business, healthcare, financial services, and technology sectors. She held Strategic Global Leadership roles in Corporate Policy, Employee Relations, and Training and Development during her employment with Levi Strauss & Company.
Dr. O’Donnell’s expertise encompasses Human Resources Management, with particular strengths in recruitment, selection, development, retention, and succession planning.
Her Psychometric experience includes tools for selection, succession planning, team building, satisfaction/engagement, and stress management.
She has worked with major corporate clients including: Prudential Health Insurance International, Hospital Corporation of America, Aluminum Company of America, and Cisco Computer Systems. She has taught Human Relations at the University of Tennessee and Management/Sales Force Development at the University of Nottingham Business School in the United Kingdom.
