Stephanie Carroll, Consultant, is recognized for accelerating progress, growth and change in organizations across a broad spectrum of industries, Ms. Carroll’s unique background and strategic approach to problem solving translates into business results through high performing individuals, groups and organizations. She is an innovative consultant who puts 16 years of experience and in-depth knowledge to work in facilitating team development; building corporate cultures and collaborative work environments; performance-based coaching; communications; large group interventions; and planned organizational change initiatives. She has extensively studied the dynamics of teams and holds advanced training and certification in Future Search, a large group action-planning approach that involves the “whole system;” Myers Briggs Type Indicator; and TTG Performance Coaching, a comprehensive, two-year executive and personal coaching training program. Ms. Carroll is completing her masters degree in Organizational Development and Change from the nationally-recognized American University/National Training Laboratory program. She is co-chair and co-facilitator of the National OD Network Mentee/Mentor program and a member of the American University/National Training Laboratory Association, ASTD Tampa Bay OD Special Interest Group and TTG Executive Coaching Group. |
