Coaching for Improved Performance
Coaching for Improved Performance examines the coaching relationship, setting mutual expectations, the coaching process, and coaching follow-up. Coaching consists of four basic steps. This program provides techniques for increasing the manager's effectiveness with each step by clearly defining what is expected of the manager and what is the responsibility of the employee. In addition to defining expectations, this program examines career patterns, how the organizational life cycle impacts career planning, and coaching for implementation.
