Dr. Mary Lippitt, award winning author and change management expert founded Enterprise Management Ltd in (1985) with the purpose of providing businesses, teams and organizations with practical and effective solutions to navigate the modern business climate.Known for her pioneering work linking leadership development to organizational and to individual results, Dr. Lippitt has been recognized as a leader in the execution of change, leadership development and strategic alignment for over twenty-five years.
Working with technology firms, financial services, government, manufacturing and the service industry, Dr. Lippitt has honed her expertise in leadership, credibility, trust and organizational systems. She has provided consulting, training and leadership development that have enabled her clients to appropriately realign their organization in response to change, enhance customer focus, manage complex change and encourage team learning and effectiveness, thus strengthening the organization’s ability to drive results and meet long and short term goals.
A hands-on practitioner herself, Dr. Lippitt has developed of a number of leadership instruments, including the Leadership Spectrum Profile®, and its accompanying book The Leadership Spectrum: 6 Business Priorities that Get Results, which the Bronze award for Best Business Book of 2002. The Leadership Spectrum Profile® won the Human Resource Executive magazines’ Top Training Product Award. Other instruments Dr. Lippitt has developed include “Bottom Line Persuasion: Results Focused Influencing,” “Execution Priorities Inventory,” and “Potential to Influence: The Power to Lead.”
Dr. Lippitt is co-author with Ken Blanchard, Stephen Covey and Brian Tracy of Discover Your Inner Strengths: Cutting Edge Growth Strategies from the Industry’s Leading Experts, published in 2009. Her work on leadership, and execution of change, has been featured in “Leader to Leader,””Executive Excellence,” the “Journal of Business Strategy” and “Industry Week” as well as in the popular press, and been endorsed by such leadership experts as Jim Kouzes and Jack Zenger.
Dr. Lippitt has masters’ degrees in political science and public administration and she earned a Doctorate in Business Administration. She is a member of American Society of Training & Development, and Senior HRD Forum, and former faculty at Georgetown University and George Washington University.
